Emergency First Aid - is part of the adventure activities in the wild, With this activity, we trained to be ready, tough, strong, confident. This knowledge is helpful as basic skills (basic survival Skill) and this should be owned by every adventurer. As a side note in Emergency first aid should we note is the risks of danger/accident happens and if it has been classified we should be prepared and responsive in how we handle it. Ability to deal with situations of danger/accident is also sorely needed. Here we need a mental preparedness because with peace of will yield quick decisions and exact, not that we ignore because physical readiness to help victims needed a good physical because survivors is not an easy thing and there is rarely without a good physical on the helper will even harm him.
